باریک پسی ہوئی چینی------------ 4/1پیالی3+کھانے کے چمچے
ونیلا ایسنس-------- چند قطرے

ترکیب:

میدے میں چینی، خمیر، 4زردیاں ، مکھن اور دودھ ڈال کر درمیانہ آٹا گوندھ لیں۔ پیالے کو چکنا کرکے آٹا اس میں رکھیں اور ڈھانک کر 2گھنٹوں کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ کارن فلور لگاتے ہوئے آٹے کی گول روٹی بیل لیں۔ برش کی مدد سے اس پر زردی لگا کر لپیٹ لیں۔اس کے 2/1-1انچ کے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ بیکنگ ٹرے کو چکنا کریں۔ ٹکڑوں کو اس پر رکھیں اور انہیں درمیان سے تھوڑا سا دبا کر جام بھر دیں۔ انہیں ڈھانک کر2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ ٹرے کو پہلے سے گرم اوون میں200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 15منٹ پکا کر نکا ل لیں۔ چینی میں ایسنس اور 3کھانے کے چمچے دودھ ملا کر آئسنگ تیار کریں اور اس سے پیسٹریوں کو سجا دیں۔
