اجزاء:
•مونگ کی دال_____ 250 گرام
•بیسن_____ 4 سے 5 کھانے کے چمچ
•بیکنگ پاؤڈر_____ 3 چائے کے چمچ
•نمک_____ حسب ذائقہ
•لال مرچ_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ پسی ہوئی
•ہلدی_____ 1 چائے کے چمچ پسی ہوئی
•دھنیا_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ پسا ہوا
•زیرہ_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ پسا ہوا
•اجوائن_____ 1 چٹکی
•پیاز_____ 2 سے 3 عدد کٹی ہوئی
•ہری مرچ_____ 10 سے پندرہ عدد
•ہرا دھنیا_____ 1 گٹھی کٹا ہوا

ترکیب:

مونگ کی دال کو ایک سے دو گھنٹے کے لیے بھگو دیں، پھر اسے دھوکر اچھی طرح خشک کر لیں۔
گرائنڈر میں مونگ کی دال، بیسن، بیکنگ پاؤڈر، نمک، لال مرچ، ہلدی، دھنیا، زیرہ اور اجوائن ڈال کر اچھی طرح پیس لیں۔
اب اس پیسٹ کو پیالے میں نکال لیں، اس میں پیاز، ہری مرچ اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر مکس کر لیں۔
پھر اس آمیزے سے درمیانی آنچ پر پکوڑے فرائی کر لیں۔
