BOiled Green Gram Lentil 1 cup
BOiled Red Lentils ½ cup
Dried Plum 200 gm
Crushed Cumin 2 tsp
Ginger_gid29'>Ginger Garlic_gid588'>Garlic 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 2 tsp
Fried Onions_gid31'>Onions 1
Salt_gid22'>Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilies 4
Green Coriander ½ bunch
For Tarka:
Oil_gid18'>Oil ½ cup
Chopped Ginger_gid29'>Ginger 2 tbsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Curry Leaves 10

How to make Daal Bukhara Chicken

METHOD:

Wash chicken; add in dried plums, crushed cumin, ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmerice, red chili flakes, fried onions, 1 tsp salt and 2 cups water. When the chicken tenders, add in boiled lentil, ½ cup red lentil and 1 cup water. Cook it for 10 minutes.
Add in green chilies and ½ bunch green bunch. Add in 1 cup oil and 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 cumin and curry leaves. Add the tarka on daal and serve.
