Chicken breasts : 2
Samosa strips: as required
Carrot: 1
Tomato: 1
Onion: 1
Green chillies: 4
Spring Onions: 2
Capsicum: ½
Ginger: 1 medium piece
Garlic: 4 Cloves
Sugar: 1 tsp
Lemon juIce: 1 tsp
Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Sesame Oil: 1 tsp
Oil: for frying

How to make Cups Of Chicken & Vegetables


• Cut spring onions, capsicum, green chillies, tomato and onion into small pieces.
• Heat oil in a wok and fry vegetables.
• Add garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soya sauce, chilli sauce, lemon juice, sugar and salt; cook for 5 minutes.
• Blend vegetables and chicken breasts thickly in a blender.
• Cut samosa strips into squares.
• Grease muffin tray; place two strips in every mould in such a way that their corners of one side of each protrude.
• Fill centres with mixture.
• Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 12 minutes or till cups turn golden, and remove.
