کریمی ویجی ٹیبل سوپ

اجزاء:
باریک کٹے فرنچ بینز------------- 12-10عدد
چھلی اور کٹی گاجر------------- 2عدددرمیانی
اُبلے مٹر---------- 2/1کپ
مکھن---------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
میدہ------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
دودھ---------- 2کپ
نمک------------ حسبِ ذائقہ
کٹیُ کالی مرچ----------------- 4/1چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

برتن میں 2کھانے کے چمچے مکھن گرم کرکے2کھانے کے چمچے میدہ بھون لیں۔پھر اس میں10-12عددباریک کٹے فرنچ بینز، 2عددچھلی کٹی گاجر اور 2/1کپ اُبلے مٹر ڈال کر 3سے 4منٹ تک پکائیں۔
ٓاسکے بعد تین کپ پانی شامل کریں اور سبزیاں گل جانے تک پکا لیں۔
پھر 2کپ دودھ اور حسبِ ذائقہ نمک ڈال کر گاڑھاہوجانے تک مزید پکائیں۔
آخر میں 4/1چائے کا چمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ شامل کریں اور مکس کرکے سرونگ پیالے میںنکال لیں۔مزیدار کریمی ویجی ٹیبل سوپ تیار ہے۔
