• Colocasia 200 grams
• Potatoes 2
• Mustard seeds 1sp
• Fresh coriander(chopped)¼ bunch
• Onion (chopped) 1
• Green chillies (chopped) 3
• Ginger (chopped) 1 medium peace
• Desiccated coconut 1tbsp
• Gram flour 1 cup
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
How to make Colocasia Spicy Cutlets
METHOD:
• Boil colocasia and potatoes together, smash, add all ingredients except gram flour and oil, mix carefully.
• Create little balls from this mixture.
• Mix salt and water in gram flour to make thick paste.
• Warm oil in a wok, coat prepared balls with gram flour paste and cook, when golden remove on absorbent paper.
