Parmesan cheese (finely cut)..................25 grams
Garlic (chopped)..................3 cloves
Brown sugar..................1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed)..................1 tsp
Red chillies (crushed)..................1 tsp
Basil ..................½ tsp
Oregano..................½ tsp
Thyme..................½ tsp
Blended tomatoes..................2 tbsp
Vinegar..................2 tbsp
Salt..................to taste
Oil..................4 tbsp
How to make Chicken Rigatoni
METHOD:
• Cut onion, carrot and celery finely.
• Heat oil in a pot; fry garlic golden.
• Add chicken and cook till colour changes.
• Add vegetables, oregano, thyme and basil; cook for 5 minutes.
• When vegetables become soft, add tomatoes, blended tomatoes and brown sugar; mix.
• Add salt , red chillies and black pepper; cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
• Mix in pasta and dish out.
• Garnish with cheese and parsley; serve.
