Boiled Shredded Chicken ........... 1 cup
Rice ............................................ 1 and a 1/2 cup
Chat Masala ............................... As per taste
Egg ............................................. 1
Green Onion ............................... 1/2 cup
Oil ............................................... 2 Tablespoon
Chilli Garlic Sauce ...................... 2 Tablespoon
How to make Chicken Rice Bites
METHOD:
- In a frying pan: Add 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Paste, 1/4 tsp Ginger Paste, chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp Biryani Masala, 2 tbsp yogurt, chopped green shimla mirch, chopped colored shimla mirch and boiled shredded chicken.
- Mix the above ingredients well and cook in the frying pan for 2 minutes.
- Cool down the cooked mixture until room temperature.
- Into this mixture, add 1 and a 1/2 cup of rice, Chat Masala (as per taste), 1 egg and chopped green onion.
- Mix it well and make small patties.
- In a frying pan: Add 2 tbsp oil and fry the small patties.
- Serve with Chilli Garlic Sauce or any other sauce of your preference.
