Chicken breast 2 ( cut into small chunks)
Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
Salt as per taste or 1 teaspoon ( I prefer)
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Corn flour / corn starch 1 tablespoon
Eggs 2
All purpose flour ( maida) 1 cup
How to make Chicken Popcorn
METHOD:
Marinate chicken chunks with salt, black pepper, soya sauce , eggs and corn flour. Mix it well.
Then dip it in all purpose flour ( maida) and deep fry it on slightly high flame until turns light golden in colour.
Serve it with any sauce you like.
