Chicken breast boneless 1
Flour (maida) 1-1/4 cup
Corn flour 3/4 cup
Eggs 2-3
Green sillies 5
Cabbage 4 tbsp
Carrot 4-5 tbsp
Capsicum 4-5 tbsp
Onion 1 large
Green onion 2 (optional)
Salt 1 tsp or according to your taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Chinese salt 3/4 tsp
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Chill sauce 4 tbsp
Rice flour 5 tbsp (optional)
How to make Chicken Pakora
METHOD:
Cut chicken in small cubes.
chop the vegetables finely.
now add all the ingredients and make a thick mixture.
deep fry these pakoras till light golden n serve with ketchup.
note: rice flour is just to make pakoras more crispy. Its optional!
if u don't use it the taste of recipe would not b affected.
