Chicken boneless .... 1/2 kg
Salt .... 1 tsp (to taste)
Ted chili powder .... 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder .... 1/2 tsp
White pepper .... 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice .... 1 tbsp
Roster sauce .... 1 tbsp
Green chili .... 1 tsp
Soya sauce .... 1 tbsp
Green coriander .... 1 tbsp
For Batter:
Flour .... 1 cup
Egg whites .... 2
Oil .... 2 tbsp
Water .... as per required
Baking powder .... 1/2 tsp
Oil .... for frying
Bread crumbs .... for coating
How to make Chicken Nuggets
METHOD:
Make mince of chicken n mix all ingredients in it. Rest it for 30 minutes.
Mix flour,baking powder,egg whites,oil,water n make a smooth batter. It should not too thin.
now shape the minced chicken with wet hands.
First roll them in flour then dip in batter n coat with bread crumbs.
Keep it in refrigerate for 20 minutes.
deep fry till golden n serve with ketchup.
