cream 1 packet
salt as required
green chilli 8 to 10
onion 2
garlic/ginger paste 1 table spoon
cooking oil half cup

How to make chicken makhni

METHOD:

fry onion light brown add garlic ginger paste than chicken........................fry them for 10 minutes add paste of green chillis and salt..................now half cup of water than cover it........after 6 to 8 minute add cream and mix it...........it is ready to serve.
