اجزاء:
ابلا ہوا بون لیس چکن------------- 2کپ
کٹی ہوئی پیاز-------------- ایک عدد
کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر----------- 2-3عدد
مکھن------------- 2/1کپ
کٹی ہوئی سرخ مرچ---------------- ڈیڑھ ٹی سپون
ہلدی------------- 2/1ٹی سپون
کٹا ہوا ------------زیرہ،دھنیا ایک چمچ
سوکھی میتھی---------------(ہرا دھنیا +ہری مرچ) ایک چمچ
کریم------------- 2-3چمچ
نمک-------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
پسا گرم مصالحہ------------------- ایک ٹی سپون

ترکیب:

پیاز کو مکھن میں فرائی کریں۔
اس میں ٹماٹر ڈال کر ساتھ ہی مرچیں ، نمک ، کٹا دھنیا ، زیرہ اور ہلدی ڈال کر مصالحہ بھون لیں۔
اب اس میں پہلے سے ابلا چکن ڈال دیں اور چمچے سے خوب اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
جب تمام چیزیں یک جان ہوجائیں تو اس میں ہرا دھنیا، باریک کٹی ہری مرچ، سوکھی میتھی، گرم مصالحہ شامل کرکے کریم بھی شامل کردیں اور بھون کر اتارلیں
