بریڈ کرمبز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ضرورت

بیٹر کے لیے :
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چوتھائی کپ
انڈے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو عدد
دودھ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ کپ
پانی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ضرورت
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچہ
کالی مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچہ
تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلور ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو کھانے کے چمچے
بیکنگ پاوڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

دو عدد چکن بریسٹ کو دو انچ لمبائی میں کاٹ کر 1/2چائے کا چمچہ نمک ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ اور 1/2چائے کا چمچہ مسٹرڈ پاوڈر لگا کر میری نیٹ کریں ۔
پھر تیار آمیزے میں ڈبو کر بریڈ کرمبز میں اچھی طرح کوٹ کرکے گرم تیل میں ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں ۔
بیٹر بنانے کے لیے ایک پیالے میں ایک چوتھائی کپ میدہ ، 2عدد انڈے ، 2کھانے کے چمچے کارن فلور ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ بیکنگ پاوڈر ، 1/2کپ دودھ ، 2کھانے کے چمچے تیل ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ نمک ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ اور حسب ضرورت پانی اچھی طرح ملائیں ۔
