چکن ڈرم اسٹکس ان ہنی جنجر ساس

اجزاء:
چکن ڈرم اسٹکس----------- پانچ سے چھ عدد
نمک------------ حسب ِ ذائقہ
ادرک لہسن--------------- پسا ہوا ایک چائے کا چمچ
ادرک------------ کش کیا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سرکہ------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سویا سوس--------------- دو کھانے کے چمچ
کالی مرچ------------- پسی ہوئی ایک چائے کا چمچ
شہد-------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
تیل---------------- حسب ِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

چکن ڈرم اسٹکس کو اچھی طرح صاف کرکے دھولیں اور ان میں دونوں طرف سے گہرے کٹ لگالیں۔
بڑے پیالے میں نمک، کالی مرچ، پسا ہوا ، ادرک لہسن ، سرکہ اور ایک کھانے کا چمچ سویا سوس ڈال کر ملائیں۔
اس میں ڈرم اسٹکس کو میرینیٹ کرکے آدھے گھنٹے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
پھر کڑاہی میں کوکنگ آئل درمیانی آنچ پر گرم کریں اور اس میں میرینیٹ کی ہوئی ڈرم اسٹکس کو سنہری فرائی کرکے نکا ل لین۔ فرائینگ پین میں سویا سوس ، شہد اور کش کی ہوئی ادرک ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے رکھیں۔ اس میں فرائی کی ہوئی ڈرم اسٹکس ڈالیں ۔
تین سے چار منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکا کر چولہے سے اتارلیں۔
خوبصورتی سے پلیٹر میں سجا کر گرم گرم پیش کریں۔
