ترکیب:

پہلے چکن کو نمک ، کالی مرچ ، ووسٹر شائر سوس ، لیموں کے رس کے ساتھ میرینیٹ کریں ۔ اب پین میں تیل گرم کر کے چکن کو 7-8منٹ کے لئے فرائی کریں ۔اب اسے ساری جولین میں کٹی پےاز میں مکس کرلیں ۔ پھر اس کو پیٹا بریڈ میں فِل کرلیں ۔اس کے اوپر دہی اور تاپنی کو ملا کر سوس بنائیں اور اس کے اوپر ڈال دیں ۔پھر اس کو فولڈ کریں اور سرو کریں ۔
