چکن کا قیمہ-------- 2/1کلو
انڈا---------- ایک عدد
تکہ مصالحہ ------------ایک ٹیبل سپو
ڈبل روٹی---------- ایک سلائس
پیاز---------- (باریک کٹی ) ایک عدد چھوٹی
تیل--------- 3-4ٹیبل سپون
نمک-------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
ووسٹر شائر ساس------------ ایک ٹیبل سپون
کری پاﺅڈر----------------- ایک ٹیبل سپون

ترکیب:

ایک بڑے باﺅل میں چکن کا قیمہ، انڈا، تکہ مصالحہ ، ڈب روٹی کا سلائس بھگو لیں، پیاز باریک کٹی ،نمک ، ووسٹر شائس ساس اور کری پاﺅٓڈر ملا کر چوپر میں پیس لیں۔
ایک فلیٹ ٹرے میں تھوڑا تیل لگائیں اور اس پر چوپ کیا ہوا قیمہ جمادیں، سطح بالکل ہموار کرلیں تھوڑی موٹی روٹی سی بن جائے۔
پہلے سے گرم اوون میں رکھ کر بارہ سے پندرہ منٹ تک پکائیں جب پورا پک جائے تو پانی خشک کرلیں۔ٹھنڈا ہونے پر چنکس کاٹ لیں
