For dough:
2 cups white flour
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp milk powder
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
For filling:
250 gm chicken mince
1 cup chopped capsicum and spring onion(green part)
1 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder, salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp chilli garilic sauce.
How to make Chicken Bread
METHOD:
Combine all dough ingredients and knead with water to make soft dough and cover with a lid and place in a warm place to rise it doubled. set aside for 1 hour.
To make filling, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
add chicken mince and fry for 2 minutes, add all the seasonings and vegetables and don t add water as mince will cook within 10 mins in its own water.
remove from heat and set aside to get cool.
Now make three portions of dough and roll with a rolling pin in oval shape .
Cut into strips with a knife equally from the sides.
Place filling in the center and close with the strips from both sides.
brush with egg
place in a baking tray and transfer in the pre heated oven and bake at 200 C for 25 minutes.
