Ingredients

For Filling :-
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chinese Salt 2 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Onion(chopped) 2
Tomato(chopped) 2
Capsicum(chopped) 2
Green chilli(chopped) 2-3
For Dough :-
Flour 2 cups
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Oil 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Luke warm Water or Milk as required
For Topping :-
Tomato Rings as required
Capsicum Rings as required
Cheddar cheese (grated)1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
Olives 2 tbsp
Egg 1Chilli Garlic sauce 1/2 cup

How to make Chicken and Vegetable Pizza

METHOD:

1.Add yeast on 1/2 cup luke warm water n leave for 10 min. In a flour,add egg,sugar,salt,yeast,oil and make soft dough and cover..Leave for 3 to 4 hours.When dough is double,its ready for bake.
2.Heat oil,add chicken mince and cook for 2 min. on high flame.Then add salt,black pepper,red chilli,soya sauce,vinegar,ginger garlic paste and Chinese salt and mix well.When water is dried add chopped vegetables n cook for 2 to 3 min.Then add ketchup and oregano n keep aside for cool down.
3.Grease pizza pan with oil.Roll pizza dough n spread on the pan.All sides must even.
4.Spread chilli garlic sauce all over.Then spread filling of chicken all over.Then spread Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese then place tomato n capsicum rings and olives.Beat egg n spread on pizza.Leave for 10 min.
5.Preheat oven for 15 min. then insert pizza on preheated oven and bake on 180 C for 15 - 20 min.
6.Tasty Chicken and Vegetable Pizza is ready.
7.Enjoy hot with ketchup n salad.
