اجزاء:
گوشت ڈیڑھ کلو(بیف ، بغیر ہڈی کے تین انچ چوکور اور چوتھائی انچ موٹے ٹکڑوں میں کٹا ہوا)
لہسن، ادرک کا پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچ
چینی چار چائے کا چمچ
سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چوتھائی چمچ
سبز پیاز دو عدد(باریک کٹی ہوئی)
سفید تل دو چائے کے چمچ(بھنے اور پسے ہوئے)
سرکہ تین کھانے کے چمچ
سویا سوس ایک چوتھائی کپ
تیل ایک کپ
تلوں کا تیل آدھا کپ

ترکیب:

ایک دیگچی میں پہلے تمام مصالحے اچھی طرح حل کر لیں پھر اس میں گوشت ڈال کر اسے مصالحوں میں مکس کر یں اور چار گھنٹے یا رات بھر کے لئے فریج میں رکھ لیجئے۔پکانے سے قبل بیف کے ٹکڑوں پر تل اور تل کا تیل اچھی طرح لگا لیں۔ پھر گرل میں پروکرکوئلوں پر ہلکی آنچ کے ساتھ انکے ٹکڑوں کو اچھی طرح ہر طرف سے گولڈن براؤن کر یں۔جب بیف اچھی طرح گرل ہوجائے تو اسے گرم گرم سلاد اور ٹماٹر، پیاز کے ساتھ سرو کر یں۔
