potatoes 1/2 kg
chicken (boiled and shredded) 1/2 kg
finely chopped green chili 6 to 8
finely chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
finely chopped green onion 6 to 8 sticks
pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
crushed black pepper 1 tsp
cheddar cheese 200 g
salt to taste
zeera powder 1 tsp
For Batter:
besan 1 cup
haldi 1 tsp
baking soda 1 tsp
salt to taste
water as required
How to make Cheesy Chicken batata
METHOD:
Boil and mash the potatoes. Add green chili, onion, coriander, black pepper, salt, pomegranate seeds, and chicken and mix well. make medium size balls out of it and stuff with cheese in the middle.
Put besan, salt, haldi and baking soda in a bowl and make a thick batter with mixing water into it.
Dip the balls into the batter and deep fry them in oil until light golden brown. serve with green chutney.
