Ingredients

1.Capsicum 1
2.Chicken 1 cup shredded
3.Red beans 1 cup
4.Chopped Onion, Tomato and Cucumber 1 cup
5.Black pepper ¼ tbsp
6.Bread 1 sl Ice cut in square
7.Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

How to make Capsicum Rolls

METHOD:

1.Boil chicken and shred it. Boil beans.
2.Cut bread slices in square pieces and fry.
3.Put mayonnaise on capsicum.
4.Spread chicken pieces
5.boiled beans chopped onion
6.tomato on the bread.
7.Add black pepper to the chicken.
8.Spread mayonnaise on the bread then put it on capsicum and roll it slowly and hold together with toothpick.
9.Serve with chilli garlic sauce.
