ترکیب:

ایک مکسر میں مکھن لیں اور اس میں چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں یہا ں تک کہ ملائم ہو جائے ۔
اب اس میں ایک ایک کر کے انڈے ڈال کر مکس کرتے جائیں ۔
اب اس میں ونیلا ایسنس ڈال کر مکس کریں اور ایک باؤل میں نکا ل لیں ۔
اب اس میں پہلے میدہ اور پھربیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کرتے جائیں ۔
اب ایک سانچے کو کھانے کا تیل لگا ئیں اور بٹر پیپر رکھ کر تیار کیا ہوا مادہ اس میں ڈال کر 200-180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 30منٹ تک اوون بیک کرلیں ۔
