Bhindi Pyaz Masala
this is my mother in law's speciality she cooks this very yummy
This is best Khatti bhindi recipe in summer season.
Ingredients
1 kg bhindi
250 gm onion thinly sliced
2 tomatoes
1 tsp crushed red chill
1 tbsp chopped green chilies
1-1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp or less chopped raw mango
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp white cumin
oil as required
How to make Bhindi Pyaz Masala
Method
Wash bhindi and cut into small size
heat oil in a wok add onion and saute till transparent remove from oil set aside.
In the same oil, add cumin tomatoes chili, salt and turmeric and cook till oil separates.
Now add bhindi and chopped green chili and cook without cover and don t add water.
Add Kari and fried onion and mix well.
Cook for another 5 mins,be careful the color of okra couldn't t be changed it should remain green not black.
Serve hot with chapati.
