Baysan 1 cup
Aata ½ cup
Piyaz 1 adad
Hari mirch 2 adad
Hara dhaniya hasb e zaroorat
Anar dana 1 khanay ka chamcha
Namak, laal mirch 1 chaye ka chamcha
Zeera 1 chaye ka chamcha

Banane ki tarkeeb

Baysun main ata namak, laal mirch, anar dana, zeera, hari mirch, piyaz tamam cheezain daal kar mix kar k gondh lain. Roti bail lain aur paka lain. chahain to halka tail laga lain.

Laal chatni k liye:
Sabit laal mirch 15 adad
Lehsan 6 joye
Namak 1 chaye ka chamcha
Imli ka goda 1 chaye ka chamcha
Tamam cheezo ko blend kar lain. Chatni taiyar hai.

ہرا دھنیا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ضرورت
انار دانہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک، لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:
