بہاری کباب۔

اجزاء:
گوشت انڈر کٹ کا پسندوں کی طرح کٹا ہوا ۔۔۔آدھا کلو
دہی۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
نمک۔۔۔ حسبِ ذائقہ
پسی ہوئی خشخش۔۔۔ 2 چمچ
لال مرچ۔۔ 2 چمچ
دھنیا کوٹا ہوا۔۔۔ 2 چمچ
گرم مصالحہ۔۔ 2چمچ
پپیتا۔۔۔۔ 2 چمچ
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ
زیرہ
سرسوں کا تیل 2 چمچ

ترکیب:

دہی میں سارے مصالحے ڈال کر مکس کر لیں۔ پھر گوشت پر لگا کر 4 سے 5 گھنٹے رکھ لیں۔ پھر سیخوں پر بنا لیں۔۔ یا اوَّن میں 350 ڈگری پر آدھا گھنٹہ کے لئے۔ یا پھر 2 چمچ تیل میں فرآئی پین پر بنا لیں۔۔۔

چٹنی

چٹنی کے لئے 6 سے 8 بڑی لال مرچ سرکہ میں بھگو کر رکھ لیں۔ ایک کپ املی کا رس، 2 چمچ گڑ، نمک، بھنا زیرہ ایک چمچ، ثابت دھنیا 1 چمچ، لہسن کے جوئے 6 سے 8 عدد اور بڑی لال مرچ گرائنٹ کرلیں۔
