• Sausages 4 to 6 (boiled and sliced)
• Eggs 6 Chedder Cheese 3Tbsp (shredded)
• Gram flour 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Green coriander ½ bunch
• Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
• Tomato 1 (chopped)
• Green onion 2 - 3 (chopped)
• Fresh red chilli 4 to 6 (chopped)
• Fresh milk 2 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
METHOD:
Heat oil in a suacepan adds mince and cook until white. Then put onion, garlic, celery, carrots, mushroom,
capsicum and tomato puree mixing well. Cook for 2 mins then add water, red crushed chilli, salt, oregano, basil and sugar. Cook on medium heat for 1 and half hour. Then remove and set a side.
