Beef (pasanday) 1 kg
Black pepper (ground) 1tbsp
Cumin (ground) 1tsp
Red chili (chopped) 2tbsp
Cinnamon (chopped) 1 stick
Clove (chopped) 3 to 4
Small Cardamom (chopped) 3 to 4
Big Cardamom (chopped) 2
Green chili (Chopped) 5 to 6
Ginger/Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Oil-1/2 cup
Salt To taste

How to make Batta Gosht (pasanday)
METHOD:
• Hammer Pasanday and make it straight.
• Take a pan and add all the meat and ½ cup of oil.
• Include all the spices one by one and cook, then add chopped green chili for a cook to taste.
• Add 1 to 1 ½ cup water and let it get soft beef.
• When meat is tender and add little drops of oil and cooks it.
• Take it out on dish and garnish with lemon and enjoy it.
