2 cups tomato juice
3/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chilli powder
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
How to make Barbecue sauce
Method
1. Peel garlic and crush it.
2. Heat oil and add garlic and stir.
3. Quickly add vinegar and tomato juice, chilli powder, salt and sugar and cook for 15 minutes.
