ترکیب:

مکھن اور کریم کو چھوڑ کر سارے اجزاء قیمے میں مکس کر لیں۔ اور قیمہ گرائنڈ کر لیں کہ باریک ہو جائے۔ آخر میں مکھن اور کریم بھی شامل کر لیں۔ چاہیں تو آخر میں ہی باریک کٹا ہوا دھنیا، پودینہ اور ہری مرچیں ڈال دیں۔ اچھی طرح قیمے کو مکس کر کے کچھ دیر کے لیے رکھ دیں۔ کباب بنانے سے پہلے ایک بار پھر قیمے کو مکس کریں۔ اور سیخوں پر کباب بنا کر کوئلوں پر گرل کر لیں۔
ٹماٹر، ادرک اور پیاز کی چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
