½ kg Potatoes
½ kg peas
1 cup Milk
Salt to taste
4 tblsps Coriander leaves (chopped)
8 Green chillies (ground)
a small piece of Ginger (ground)
1 cup rIce flour
2 tblsps Oil

How to make Baked Potato Roti


Boil, peel and mash the potatoes with a fork. Boil peas and add to the mashed potatoes. Next, add milk, salt, coriander, chillies and ginger, and set aside.

Mix this with the rice flour. Grease a flat, heavy-bottomed vessel and spread the dough evenly on it, pressing it down lightly with the heel of your palm.

Bake in an oven, on moderate heat, for 30 minutes. Sprinkle over with a little rice flour, before baking. For a brown crust.
