How to make Khichri with Vegetables
Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Heat oil and fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies.
When the mustard seeds begin to crackle, add the vegetables and stir. After about 3 minutes, add the rice and dal, ginger, salt and turmeric. Stir well. Put is 5 cups of water,cover and cook. When the rice is done, remove from fire. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
