کالی مرچ .......1چائے کا چمچہ
کارن ........1کپ
نمک......... 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
چیز سلائس........ 4عدد
تیل ........2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

پہلے 2کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کرکے 1عدد باریک کٹی پیاز کو سوتے کرلیں ۔ اب اس میں 1/2کپ دودھ ، 1کپ کارن ، 1چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ نمک ، 1کپ باریک کٹی شملہ مرچ ، 1کپ چیدرچیز اور 100گرام مکھن ڈال کر چولہابند کردیں ۔ پھر 8عدد بریڈ سلائسز لے کر اُن میں کارن کی فلنگ کریں ۔اوپر دوسرا پیس رکھ کر 4عدد چیز سلائس رکھ دیں ۔ اس کے بعد ٹرے کو گریس کے کرے اس پر رکھیں اور 10سے 15منٹ بیک کرلیں
