Ingredients

Baigan ek pao
Dahi adha kilo
Lehsan paste 1 chota chai ka chamch
Kuti hui laal mirch 1tbs
Bhuna pisa zeera 1 chai ka chamach
Namak hazb-e-zaiqa.
Baghar ke liye:
Lehsan 2 joway bareek katay hue
Kari patta thoda sa
Sabut zeera 1 chai ka chamach
Hari mirchen 4 adad (Beech main kut laga dain)

How to make Baigan Ka Raita

METHOD:

Baigan ko gol gol kat ke oil main fry kar kay nikal lain golden karke.
Dahi main lehsan, zeera, kuti laal mirch aur namak mila ker achi tarah se phaint lain.
Dahi main fry baigan dal kay halkay hath se mix karain ke baigan tootay na.
Phir aik fry pan main thoda sa oil garam karain us main lehsan aur zeera dal ke brown karain,phir us main kari paata aur hari mirchen dalke thoda sa fry karke raitay ke upar dal dain.
Garam Garam roti ke saath khayen.
Garmiyun ki behtreeen dish hai!
