Ingredients
Potatoes wedges 500 grams
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Tara garam masala 1 tsp
Dry coriander powder ½ tsp
Sour dried Mango powder 1tsp
Lemon 1
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Medium sized tomato 1
Medium sized onion 1
Green coriander ¼ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Daal sev ½ cup
How to make Atish Aaloo

METHOD:

Boil potatoes and strain them.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté 2-3 cloves of garlic.

Add ½ tsp dry coriander, 1tsp tara garam masala, 2 tsp of red chili powder and ½
tsp cumin powder.

Add some water and allow to cook.

Now mix boiled potatoes in prepared mixture.

Dish out on a platter and ser with onion, tomato, ¼ cup green coriander, 1 lemon and ½ cup daal sev.
