•آٹا_____ 3کپ
•کھانے کاتیل_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ
•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
•پانی_____ حسبِ ضرورت
•انڈے_____ 4عدد
•پیاز_____ 1عدد
•ٹماٹر_____ 1عدد
•دھنیا_____ 1چوتھائی کپ
•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
•کٹی لال مرچ_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•کالی مرچ_____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
•ہری مرچیں_____ 2عدد
•کھانے کا تیل_____ فرائی کے لئے

ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں آٹا، کھانے کا تیل اور تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح ڈو گوندھ لیں اور 15منٹ کے لئے سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
اب ڈو پر آئل لگا ئیں اور ریپ سے ڈھانپ کر رکھ دیں۔
ایک باؤل میں انڈے، پیاز، ٹماٹر، دھنیا، نمک،ہری مرچ، کٹی لال مر چ اورکالی مرچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔
اب ڈو کو چار برابر حصوں میں کاٹ کر پیڑا بنا لیں اور پیڑے پر میدہ چھڑک کر اچھی طرح بیل لیں۔
پھراس پر آئل لگا کر آٹا چھڑکیں اور کٹر سے کاٹ کر رول بنا کر دوبارہ پیڑا بنا لیں۔
اب دوبارہ اس پر آٹا چھڑکیں اور بیل کرتوے پر ڈال کر تھوڑا تھوڑا آئل لگا کر پکائیں۔
پھر اس پر تیار کیا ہوا ایگ مکسچر ڈال کر سائیڈ پلٹ کر اچھی طرح پکالیں۔
