Undercut (finely cut) 200 grams
Puff pastry dough ½ kg
Onion (finely cut) 1
Black pepper (crushed) 1tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
Mustard Paste 1 tsp
Ginger / garlic paste 1 tbsp
Egg (beaten) 1
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a work; fry onion golden.
2. Fry ginger/garlic paste, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt’ allow to cook.
3. Roll out two discs and set aside the remaining dough; set one disc in a pie dish.
4. Place under cut in its center, leaving the edges empty.
5. Brush egg on the edges of the crust; place the other discover it; seal edges by pressing with a fork.
6. Use the excess dough to roll it out into a disc’ cut into strips and arrange in a criss-cross on the pie.
7. Peirce holes in the center of the pie with a fork; brush egg on entire pie.
8. Bake in a pre-heated over at 200 C for 30 minutes, keeping the grill on as well for the first 10 minutes.
9. Remove Pie and serve hot.
