Aloo k Samosas

I tried this aloo ka samosa recipe for the first and taste was amazing. Masha Allah. I recommend to try this potato samosa recipe and you will get marvellous result.

Aloo k Samosas


plain flour:1 cup
melted Ghee' href='/glossary/ghee_gid11'>Ghee/Oil:2-3tbsp
Salt:1/2 Teaspoon
Water:as required.
ingredients for stuffing:
Potatoes:4-5 bOiled
red Chilli powder: 1tsp
crushed Coriander:half tsp
fresh Green chillies and Coriander leaves:to taste

How to make Aloo k Samosas


first of all mix the dry ingredients then knead to make a hard dough with normal tap water.
grease the top of dough with oil and then cover it with a cling.
leave the dough for atleast half an hour.
Now make the stuffing by mixing well all the ingredients in boiled and mashed potatoes.
For shaping the samosa take a small ball from dogh and roll it like a chapati.
then cut it from the center.hold the strip in your hand and make a cone out of it
and now put 2 tbsp of filling inside.
Now seal the edges with a little bit of water.fry them on medium heat untill golden and crisp.
TIP:Always try to roll the dough as thin as you can and secondly fry samosa on very medium heat
never put them in hot oil,it will give the colour but the crust will not be very crunchy.
