Qeemy main Adrak , lehson , payaz , adha khane ka chamach kali mirch aur nemak mila kr achi tarah gondh lain ,lambotary kabab bana kr 10 se 15 mint k liay Farij mian rakh dain , karahi ya frying pan main cooking oil ko darmiyani anch per 3 se 4 mint garam krain aur kababo ko golden fry kr lain , degchi main 4 se 6 khany k chamch cooking oil ko darmiyani anch per 3 se 4 mint halka garam krain , is mian tamatar , Nemak aur adha khane ka chamch kali mirch dal kr 3 se 4 mint tak chamach chaplain ,phr is mian kabab dal dain aur 5 se 7 mint k liay halki anch per paka kr chulhy se utar lain.
