• Prawns 24 deveined and washed
• Tomatoes 6 chopped into small bits.
• Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
• Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
• Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
• Coriander Powder1/2 teaspoon
• Red chili powder : 1tsp (or according to your spice level)
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
• Turmeric or haldee 1/2 teaspoon
• Vinegar1 tablespoon
• Oil 2 tablespoons
• Saunf 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
• Lemon juice 1/2 cup
• Red chillie big 2
• Spring onions cut in small pieces
• Green dhania leaves 1/2 cup chopped
• Salt : to taste
METHOD:
1. Heat the oil and add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Now add spices ,onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and fry till oil separates
2. Add prawns and cook for 10 minutes on low heat and till cooked, tender.
3. Now pour the vinegar, lemon juice and stir lightly.
4. Serve in plates garnished with green dhania. Spring onions and red chilies.
5. Serve with keema naan.
