INGREDIENTS:

Brinjals 6
Mince ½ kg
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
Onions 2
Tomatoes ½ kg
Green Chilies 4-5
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp


How to make Qeema Bhare Baingan



METHOD:

In a pot, add mince, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix it.
Cut the brinjals and fill the prepared masala. Fry the stuffed brinjals.
Now, add sliced tomatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, crushed red chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low flame and then removes from the stove.
