INGREDIENTS:

1 cup moon daal
1 Simla mirch
1onion
1 Tomato
1 Teaspoon Garlic paste
1 Teaspoon Ginger paste
1 Teaspoon green chilly paste
Salt and red chilly powder according to taste.
1/2 Teaspoon dhania powder
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
chopped Garlic, whole dry red chilly, slIced Onions and white zeera for tarka
Oil for Tarka


How to make Moong Daal with Simla Mirch



METHOD:

Wash the daal and Simla mirch thoroughly.
Take a pan and add both of them.
Fill About 3/4 litre water in it. .
Add chopped onion and tomato.
Add pastes and dry masala.
Add oil Let it cook till it acquires semi-thick consistency.
Add chopped Simla mirchi and let it cook for a little while until Simla mirchi is tender and gravy acquires thick consistency.
Then give tarka and eat.
