Karalo ko cheleya nahi balkay chilko samait he kat kar namak lagaya or fry ka legeya to karelo me se karwahat khatam ho jaye gee.

kareele ko kat k Namak Laga k rakhain, kuch dair bad dho kr freez kar dain . next day defreez kr k squeeze krain phir fry krain . karwa pan freez krne se htm ho jata ha

Kareele dhoo kar khushak kar lain. abb Peeler ki madad se kareele ko peel karain iss ke baad chori se kaat ke namak laga kar 30 minutes tak Freezes kar k baad oil me fry kar lain.

I mostly cooked bittergourd because my husband most like this and always there is no bitter taste because I do 3 easy step ist I put salt in bitter gourd and leave it 10 to 15 mints and then wash n boil then I fry them this finish bitter taste u people try i m 100 % sure it will work :)

The most guaranteed method is that you just cut them and freeze them in freezer. Whenever you are required to cook them just take them out,wash them so that all the ice become melt. Then simply take handful of karela in your palm and squeeze them.....squeeze all of them and fry and you will forget that u r eating bitter gourd
