Salt: 1 tsp (as desired)
Papaya Paste: 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Undercut Beef SlIced: 1/2 kg
Oil: 1/2 cup
Golden Fried Onions: 1/2 cup
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Coriander: 1 tbsp
Mint: 1 tbsp
Green Chillies: 6-7 pcs
Almonds: 8 pcs ground
Cashew Nuts (Kaju): 8 pcs ground
Coconut Powder: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 3/4 tsp

How to make Hyderabadi Pasinday


Step 1: Take a bowl, in it marinate undercut beef sliced with papaya paste, ginger garlic paste and salt. Leave it for 1/2 an hour.

Step 2: In the marinated mixture, add all the ingredients like golden fried onions, yogurt, coriander, mint, green chillies, ground almonds, cashew nuts paste, coconut powder, turmeric powder and leave for 5 minutes.

Step 3- In a cooking pan ,heat oil and put all marinated mixture in it. Cook till the water dries and oil is extracted from the pasanday curry. Add little bit water for gravy if desired.

Delicious Hyderabadi Pasanday are ready to serve.

pasanday is very delicious meat dish and the best cooking cuisine I deem is Hyderabadi one. I like it even more than bihari style cooking. I will enjoy this pasanda , thanks and I hope it will be the tastiest meat dish ever.

We all prepared hyderabadi pasinday recipe last weekend and enjoyed it a lot. It was so delicious that i decided to repeat it again. this time, i would make it alone however i will keep making beef & mutton recipes regularly with my friends.

very scrumptious recipe . I will insist mom to make exactly these pasanday. Last time my mother made pasanday but they were not so tasty. they were a bit low in spice. Therefore i have decided to get them cooked the way given here.
