قہوا کو رات سوتے وقت پینا ہے، صبح میں ایک گلاس میںآدھا چمچ پودینہ، آدھا چمچ صنا مکی، آدھا چمچ املتاس کی پھلی ، ان تما م چیزوں کو پورا دن کے لیے بھگو دیں۔ رات کو ہم اس کو پکائیں گے جب پانی تھوڑا پکنے لگے گا تو اس میں تھوڑی سی گرین ٹی شامل کرلیں، اب چھان کر اس میں شہد ملا لیں۔ اس قہوا کو رات سوتے وقت پینا ہے اس سے وزن میں کمی ہوگی۔

INGREDIENTS:
Water : 2 Cups

Amaltas ki Phali : 1 Coin
Pudina ( Mint ) leaves : 4-5 Leaves
Barg-e-Ajwaien leaves : 1 Leaf ( IF NOT AVAILABLE, you can use Ajwain : 1/2 Tsp )
Honey or Lemon : For taste

METHOD:
Mix all above Ingredients in 2 Cup of water and boiled till one Cup remained, add green tea sachet for good taste, add honey or lemon as your choice. Take this Kehwa at night and revised this method to make this kehwa again for morning, also take one cup before breakfast.
