پانی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۵ کپ
اجوائن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سونف۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سبز چائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھا چائے کا چمچ
دارچینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا
ادرک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا
طریقہ:
ایک برتن میں پانی اُبال لیں۔
پانی اُبل جائے تو اجوائن، سونف، سبز چائے، دارچینی اور ادرک شامل کرلیں۔
چولہا بند کرکے ۵ منٹ کے لیے برتن کو ڈھک دیں۔
اب ٹھنڈا کرکے تھرموس میں ڈال کر رکھ دیں۔
دِن میں ۲ سے ۳ کپ استعمال کریں۔

- Water: 5 cups
- Carom Seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Fennel Seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Green Tea: 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon: 1 small piece
- Ginger: 1 small piece
Method:
- Boil water in a pan.
- Once water is boiled, add carom seeds, fennel seeds, green tea, cinnamon and ginger.
- Now turn the stove off and cover pan for 5 minutes.
- Cool the tea and store in a thermos.
- Drink whenever you want.
- Have 2 to 3 cups a day.
