Sweet potato is another perfect food for winter diet. It contains decent amount of vitamin A and C. It protects against cold and flu, improves blood cell formation and production of white blood cells. Eat it regularly in winter to get benefits of this seasonal food and go active throughout the season.

سردیوں میں شکر قندی وافر مقدار میں دستیاب ہوتی ہیں ۔ اس کے اندر وٹامن اے اور وٹامن سی بھرپور مقدارمیں موجود ہوتے ہیں جو نزلہ زکام سے بچاؤ کے لئے مفید ہیں ۔ یہ خون کے خلیات کی تشکیل بھی کرتی ہے ۔ شکر قندی کھائیں اور صحت مند سردیاں گزاریں ۔

انار کے اندر وٹامن سی اور Ellagic Acidنامی اینٹی آکسیڈنٹ جلد کے لئے بہت مفید ہیں ۔ انار کا استعمال خون کی روانی کو بھی بہتر بناتا ہے ۔ انارجی بھر کر استعمال کریں ۔

Beets are rich with vitamins. You can eat it in various ways. Eat it as a salad item with meals or cook it with other vegetables. It is great thing to eat especially in cold season.

چقندر وٹامنز سے بھرپور بہت مزیدار سبزی ہے ۔ اس کو سلاد میں شامل کریں یا پکاکر کھائیں ۔ سردیو ں میں کھانے کے لئے بہت مفید ہے ۔

Guava is a blessing food for winters. It contains lycopene antioxidant which wards off from coronary diseases. It is well known to keep stomach fit, eating it has very good effects to improve digestion.

امرود بھی سردیوں میں رحمت کی طرح ہیں ۔ اس کے اندر پائے جانے والے اجزاء مختلف بیماریوں سے محفوظ رکھتے ہیں ۔ یہ معدے کے لئے بھی بہت عمد چیز ہے ۔ نظام ہاضمہ کو بہتر بناتاہے ۔

Citrus fruits contain vitamin C. It reduces the risk of cancer and many other diseases. They are also very useful for a healthy skin. Pick oranges, grapefruits, lemons and maltas when you go to market this time and enjoy all these fruits in the cold.
