Bread rolls are simple to make and yet very tasty evening snacks. You have been eating bread for long time but bread roll recipe gives you something tastier and spicier. You can use this snack in the morning in breakfast or in the evening at teatime. Or pack these rolls in the tiffin box of your kid while sending him to school.

Add salt, ground ginger garlic, crushed red chili, turmeric powder and white cumin seeds to minced meat and cook on medium flame until water of meat dries up.


Soak bread slices one by one in water for 4 to 5 seconds.


Hold slices between your palms and squeeze well to wring the water out.


Place one tablespoon minced meat between slices and press and form like a roll. Store in refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Heat oil in karahi pan for 3 to 5 minutes and then fry bread rolls until they become golden.


Delicious bread rolls are ready to serve. Enjoy with tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney.

Preparing Bread Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Bread Slices: 6 to 8 pcs
  • Filling Masala (Spices): 1 cup
  • Cooking Oil: For frying

Minced Meat for Minced Meat:

  • Minced Meat: 200 grams
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Ground Ginger Garlic: 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed Red Chili: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • White Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon

 

Method
