How to Make Chicken Stuffed Bread Recipe (in English)


Ingredients:

  • Dough for Bread
  • Cooked Chicken
     

Cooked Chicken Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince: 1/4 kg
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1/2 tsp
  • Red Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Onion: 1/2 (sliced)
  • Chinese Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour: 1 tbsp

Cooking Chicken Mince:

  • Heat oil in wok pan, add onions and fry slightly.

  • Add mincemeat, mix and cook well.
  • Add salt, ginger garlic paste, red pepper, cumin powder and all spice powder.
  • Mix well. Cover pan for steam-cooking for 5 minutes.
  • Remove cover and mix and cook further until water is dried.
  • Once water dries up and oil floats on the top, add all-purpose flour.
  • Mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Cooked chicken is ready.

Preparing Chicken Stuffed Bread:

  • Take a piece of dough, roll and transform into a rectangle shape.
  • Place chicken mince.
  • Make diagonal cuts with knife on both sides.
  • Apply egg with brush or cloth.
  • Now fold the formed strips on both sides inwards in criss-cross fashion.
  • Press the dough at one end with fork in order to form a fish tail.
  • Place two cloves on the other end.
  • Apply egg thoroughly.
  • Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Delicious chicken stuffed bread is ready to serve.

Baking Temperature:
Electric Oven: 180 degrees
Gas Oven: 300 degrees
