Mix fruit cocktail.

Add jelly pieces.
|
|
Add almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and walnuts and mix.

Garnish with jelly, almonds and pistachios.

How to Prepare Lab e Shireen
|
Ingredients:
- Milk: 1.5 kg
- Corn Flour: 2 to 3 tbsp
- Colorful Vermicelli: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Fruit Cocktail: 1 tin (small)
- Red Jelly: 1 packet
- Yellow Jelly: 1 packet
- Almonds: as required
- Pistachios: as required
- Cashew Nuts: as required
- Walnuts: as required
- Fresh Cream: 1/2 cup

Method: |
- Place milk for boiling on stove. Once boiled, add sugar and colorful
vermicelli.
- When vermicelli is softened, dissolve corn flour in half cup water and
add to the milk.
- Keep moving the spoon meanwhile.
- As custard becomes thick, remove from stove and cool on the room
temperature.
- Boil 1.5 cup water separately.
- When boiled, add jelly and mix.
- Freeze jelly mixed water in a pot. Free all jelly and cut into pieces.
- Transfer custard to a serving bowl, add fresh cream and mix.
- Add fruit cocktail, almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, walnuts and
colorful jellies and to custard and mix well.
- Garnish custard with jelly, almonds, pistachios, walnuts and cashew nuts
and store in refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
